Mrs. Barbara Boone Crews, age 74, of Winder, Georgia passed away October 18, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 28, 1939 to the late G. M. "Dan" and Verda C. Boone. Mrs. Crews was a member of The Winder First Baptist Church and the Gideon's Auxiliary.
Surviving are Husband, Jim Crews of Winder, Children, Debbi Smith of Longview, Texas, Todd (Angie) Smith of Thompson Station, Tennessee, Step Son, Mark (Nanette) Crews of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Sister, Frances (William) Riley of Greenville, South Carolina, Seven Grandchildren, One Great Grandson, Jake, Sister-in-law, Johnnie Smith of Springhill, Louisiana.
A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at 2:00 P. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Irby Stanley officiating. Interment will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends, Tuesday, October 21, 2014 from 11:00 A. M. until service time at the funeral home.
