Mrs. Chloe Perkins, age 93, of Winder, Georgia went to Heaven November 22, 2017. A native of Monroe, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Edwin Manch and Iva Nora Locklin Hearn. She was preceded by her husband, Mr. Quentin Perkins in 1998. Mrs. Perkins was also preceded by her daughter, Patricia Bentley and a grandson, Todd Allen. She had resided in Barrow County for most of her life and was the retired owner of Winder Drapery. Mrs. Perkins was a member of Center Hill Baptist Church and loved cooking, sewing, gardening, traveling and having company.
Surviving are Son and Daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Diane Perkins of Winder, Georgia, Son-in-law, Terry Bentley of Statham, Grandchildren, Tara Healan, Keith Perkins and Misty Skinner, Great Grandchildren, Brandi Allen, Taylor Allen, Kyle Healan, Hunter Healan, Abby Hardy, Bryson Hardy, Cody Skinner, Dawson Perkins and Addison Skinner.
The Family will receive friends Friday, November 24, 2017 from 6:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M. at the funeral home. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 2:00 P. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Strickland
officiating. Interment will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
