Donald L. Ruark

Mr. Donald L. Ruark, age 63, of Winder, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2024, surrounded by his family.

Mr. Ruark was a devoted family man that will be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Mr. Ruark was preceded in death by his wife, Hope Ruark; and parents, Buddy Ruark and Lois Moon Evans.

Survivors include his sons; Christopher Ryan Ruark of Winder, Justin "Bubba" Ruark of Winder, and Jason Lee Ruark of Winder; sisters, Kimberly Ruark of Bethlehem, Tammy Reece of Bethlehem, and Christel Adams of Loganville; mother-in-law, Bootsie Austin; along with eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, October 21, 2024 in the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends on Monday from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM prior to the service at Carter Funeral Home.

Flowers are accepted for the memorial service.
