Isabel Pizzaro Millan, 73, of Winder, passed away on August 9, 2026.

No formal services will be held. 

Ms. Millan was born June 6, 1953, in Carlina, Puerto Rico, to the late Primitiro Pizzaro & Cresencia Millan Clemente.

She is survived by her children, Diego Rivera & Sarah of Joppa, Maryland, Aileen Rivera of Winder, and Manuel Rivera & Rebecca of Connecticut; 5 grandchildren; siblings, Esther Pizzaro, Primitiro Pizzaro, and Delia Pizzaro, all of Puerto Rica. 

Maddox Memorial Home, Winder, is entrusted with the arrangements.
