Mrs. Louise Sweat, age 89, of Winder, Georgia passed away July 29, 2017. Mrs. Sweat was born June 7, 1928 to Lewis and Cora Helton Everett, who pre-deceased her. She was the widow of Rev. Robert Lee Sweat, and was preceded by a son, Wayne Sweat. Mrs. Sweat was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church and was a retired nursing assistant at Russell Nursing Home.
Surviving are Son and Daughters-in-law, Bill and Martha Sweat of Lawrenceville, and Sharon Sweat of Monroe, Daughter and Son-in-law, Tina and Kevin Hadden of Flowery Branch, Ten Grandchildren, Sixteen Great Grandchildren, One Great Great Grandchild, Sister, Julia Wilbanks of Winder and Sister-in-law, Mary Sweat of Bethlehem.
The Family will receive friends Tuesday, August 1, 2017 from 5:00 P. M. Until 9:00 P. M. at the funeral home. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 2:00 P. M. at Appalachee Baptist Church with Rev. Sammy Everett and Dr. Tolbert Moore officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
