Margaret Jean Urey

Mrs. Margaret Jean Urey, age 88, of Winder, Georgia died June 12, 2013. A native of Franklin, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Kenny and Millie Kinch Lusher. She was preceded by Her Husband, Bob Urey, Son, Tom Urey, Grandson Terry Acker and Great Granddaughter, Stephanie Summerour. Mrs. Urey was affectionately known to her family as "Motha", "Ooey", "Noni" and "Mawmaw." Mrs. Urey was a retired Supervisor with the John Harland Company. She was a member of the Winder First Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are Children, Jon (Laura) Urey of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Charlotte Urey of Winder, Debra Bonser of Lawrenceville, Daughter-in-law, Ruthie Urey of Stone Mountain, Eleven Grandchildren and Fifteen Great Grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P. M., Saturday, June 15, 2013 at the Winder First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Brock Burnett officiating. The remains will lie in state at the church from 12:30 P. M. until service time. Interment will be in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Tucker. The Family will receive friends Friday, June 14, 2013 from 5-8 P. M. at Carter Funeral Home.
