Mr. Michael Rainey, Jr., age 40, of Winder, Georgia died March 29, 2014. A native of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Mr. Rainey was a Commercial Electrician with Relco Electric Company. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Watkinsville.
Surviving are Wife, Ragan Rainey, Children, Trey Rainey, Madison Rainey, Carsyn Rainey and Presley Rainey all of Winder, Parents, James M., Sr., and Tracey Rainey of Hoschton, Sisters, Stephanie (James) Cook of Lawrenceville, Tammie (Greg) Smith of Bethlehem and Danielle (Jonathan) Butler of Oakwood, and a number of Nieces and Nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P. M., Thursday, April 3, 2014 from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Ed Strickland officiating. Interment will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens. The Family will receive friends Wednesday from 5-8 P. M. at the funeral home.
The Family has requested that in lieu of flowers, that memorials may be made to James Michael Rainey, Jr., Children's Memorial Fund at any B. B. & T. Bank.
