Mr. Carlos Thomas Odom

Mr. Carlos Thomas Odom, age 50, of Monroe, gained his eternal home on August 27, 2025. Tom was born on September 12, 1974, in Tucker, GA, and grew up in Lawrenceville, GA. 

He is preceded in death by his son, Todd, whom he dearly missed. 

Tom is survived by his Mama and Pops, Linda and Steve Hicks, his father, Carlee Odom, and his children and grandchildren, Timothy Acker, Hannah Elrod and his granddaughters A.J. and Ariyelle, Justin Frick, Emily Frick and his grandchildren Jayce and Violet, Thomas Odom, and Carlee Raine Odom. Tom had several siblings: Benjamin Odom, Virginia Acker (Bubba), Victoria Puckett, Matthew Hicks (Becca), Mark Hicks, April House, and Johnathan Odom (Heather), and several nieces and nephews. 

Tom was a man who loved with his family and friends with his whole heart and could always bring a laugh or a smile to your face. He will be dearly missed by those who loved him and will continue to live on through our thoughts and memories.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at Ross Chapel Baptist Church, 1180 Snows Mill Road Bogart, Georgia 30622. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday, from 1:00 PM until the service hour at Ross Chapel Baptist Church. 

Flowers can be sent directly to the church for the memorial service.
