Mr. Dennis Ronald Landress

Mr. Dennis Ronald Landress, age 71, of Winder, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at his residence.

Dennis retired from Johns Manville, and he loved fishing. He will be remembered best as a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather.

Mr. Landress was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald J. Landress and Dorothy McDaniel Landress; and siblings, Wanda Landress Whitmore, Vickie Hopkins, and Lisa Martin Correct.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Linda Gail Landress of Winder; sons, Nathan (Sonya) Landress of Rutledge and Jeremy (Susan) Landress of Winder; brother, Rick (Donna) Landress of McCaysville; grandsons, Ben Landress of Winder and Robert Landress of Statham; and uncle, Dewey McDaniel of Snellville. 

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 11, 2025 in the Chapel of Maddox-Carter Memorial Home with Rev. John Burchfield officiating. Burial will follow the service at Auburn Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Maddox-Carter Memorial Home. 

Flowers are accepted for the funeral service of Mr. Landress.
