Mr. Douglas Curlin

Mr. Douglas Curlin, age 68, of Winder, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 2, 2025. 

Mr. Curlin was of the Catholic faith. He was a very talented writer that enjoyed drafting comical scripts, stories, and poems. 

Douglas was preceded in death by his parents, James Curlin and Sara Jo Crowe Curlin; and brother, Timothy Curlin.

He is survived by his brother, Jimmy Curlin of Texas; along with a host of cousins and extended family and friends. 

Per the request of Mr. Curlin, a service will be held at a later date. A private burial will be held at Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery. 

Maddox-Carter Memorial Home, Winder, is entrusted with the arrangements.
