Mr. Kenneth Darryl “Wormy” Noblett

Mr. Kenneth Darryl “Wormy” Noblett, age 69, of Winder, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at his residence, surrounded by his family. 

Mr. Noblett retired with over forty-one years of service in the box manufacturing industry. He was an avid outdoorsman that loved hunting, fishing, and camping. He will be best remembered by his larger-than-life personality that enjoyed making people laugh.

Mr. Noblett was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Noblett and Willie Mae Noblett; and siblings, William Noblett, Ricky Noblett, Ronald Noblett, and two infant twins. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Gayla Moon Noblett of Winder; children, Jody (Julie) Noblett of Commerce, Daryl Noblett of Winder, and Leigh Noblett of Winder; siblings, Robert (Sarah) Noblett of Auburn, Donald Noblett of Winder, Bobby Noblett of Winder, and Rebecca Skidmore of Winder; grandchild, Christy (Blake) Sykes of Commerce; one great-grandchild on the way; and a host of nieces and nephews. 

The funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 14, 2026 in the Chapel of Maddox Memorial Home with Rev. Johnny Ray Puckett and Rev. Steve Hicks officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 14, 2026 from 2:00 PM until the service hour at Maddox Memorial Home.

Flowers are accepted for the funeral service of Mr. Noblett.
