Mr. Larry Edward Seagraves, age 76, of Winder, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at his residence.

Larry was an avid outdoorsman. He loved spending his time hunting, fishing, and being on the lake. Throughout his life, he was known for his record deer, elk, and hog harvest. Larry held records for largemouth bass that he caught in various lakes in Georgia. In his spare time, he also enjoyed playing golf. 

Mr. Seagraves served the United States faithfully in the Navy. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford Edward Seagraves and Mary Frances "Ma" Clack; daughter, Christie Seagraves; and brother, Dennis Seagraves. 

Larry is survived by his daughter, Heather (Patrick) Fowler of Winder; siblings, Trisha (James) Kimler, Clint (Jan) Seagraves, and Cliff Seagraves; six grandchildren, Grayson Brewer, Cody (Ivey) Blackstock, Peyton Fowler, Emily Duck, Mason Fowler, and Jessy Fowler; step-mother, Mary Frances Seagraves; and his beloved dog, Beau. 

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 5, 2026, in the Chapel of Maddox Memorial Home with Mr. Jeff Albritten officiating. Burial will follow the service at Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 5, from 12:00 PM until the service hour at Maddox Memorial Home.

Flowers are accepted for the funeral service of Mr. Seagraves.
