Mr. Richard Cohen Ramey, age 67, of Auburn, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at his residence.

Mr. Ramey was a hardworking and dedicated man who took great pride in his work as an automotive body mechanic. He devoted many years to the automotive industry and was known for the care and attention he gave to his work.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Doyle Cohen Ramey and his mother. 

Richard is survived by his sons, Brandon (Carol Her) Ramey of Auburn and Chris Ramey of Athens; and siblings, Glenda Ramey and Joe Ramey.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Maddox Memorial Home. 

Flowers are accepted for the visitation of Mr. Ramey. 

Maddox Memorial Home, Winder, is entrusted with the arrangements.
