Mrs. Caroline Robinson Stallings

Mrs. Caroline Robinson Stallings, age 89, of Winder, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at her residence.

Caroline was a native of Winder. She was a graduate of Winder High School's Class of 1954 and later received a Bachelor of Business degree from North Georgia College in 1958. It was there that she met the love of her life, Paul Stallings, and they married not long after graduation. After college, she worked alongside her family at Robinson Furniture Store for many years and also worked as a relator in the community. Mrs. Stallings loved working on her family farm where she loved taking care of the land and her herd of cows.

Mrs. Stallings was a member of Nazareth United Methodist Church and the Thursday Bridge Club. She will be remembered best as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and an avid collector of cats.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Thomas Stallings; parents, Jesse Bee Robinson and Frances Pauline Hill Robinson; and brother, John Robinson.

Mrs. Stallings is survived by her children, Arnold B. (Cathy) Stallings, Paula C. Stallings, and Patricia Stallings all of Winder; and one grandchild, Jordan (Ally) Stallings of Winder.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 14, 2026 in the Chapel of Maddox Memorial Home with Rev. Jacqueline Harmon officiating. Burial will follow the service at Nazareth United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Maddox Memorial Home.

Flowers are accepted or memorial donations can be made in her memory to Nazareth United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund at 622 Dee Kennedy Rd, Winder, GA 30680.

The family would like to thank her most recent caregivers for enabling her to live out her life at home: Lucretia Carder, Lynne Varnum, Laura Johnson, and Michelle McDaniel.
