Mrs. Diane Bramlett Stalnaker

Mrs. Diane Bramlett Stalnaker, age 76, of Colbert, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2025.

Mrs. Diane loved animals, in particular, hummingbirds and spending her time bird watching. She was a sports fanatic and a devout fan of the University of Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves. She was known for her infectious laughter and joy for life. Diane will be remembered best as a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. 

Mrs. Stalnaker was preceded in death by her parents; Leon "Scram" Bramlett and Mary McDonald Bramlett; and brother, Jeff Bramlett. 

Mrs. Stalnaker is survived by her loving husband, Jimmy Stalnaker of Colbert; children, Christina (John) Boling of Watkinsville and Tanya (Rob) Cheek of Watkinsville; sister, Susan (M.J.) Everett of Auburn; five grandchildren, Joshua Boling, Jordan Boling, Bryan Boling, Cody Cheek, and Madison Cheek; and one great-grandchild, Sutton Boling. 

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 12, 2025 in the Chapel of Maddox-Carter Memorial Home with Rev. Jim Morris officiating. The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 12:00 PM until the service hour at Maddox-Carter Memorial Home.

Flowers are accepted or donations can be made in memory of Diane to the Northeast Georgia Humane Society or an animal shelter of your choice. 

Maddox-Carter Memorial Home, Winder, is entrusted with the arrangements.
