Mrs. Donna Kay Albright

Mrs. Donna Kay Albright, age 82, of Winder, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 10, 2026.

Mrs. Albright was a devoted homemaker throughout her life. She was an active member of the Barrow County Senior Citizen's Center where she enjoyed fellowshipping with friends. Donna will be remembered best as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles M. Albright; her sons, Chuck Albright and Daniel Albright; brother, Norman Watts; grandson, Andy Albright; and her parents, Doanld Watts and Ruth Hendershot.

Donna is survived by her daughter, Rita (Mark) Vorpahl of Clarksville, TN; daughters-in-law, Sue and Jill Albright both of Winder; ten grandchildren, Alissa Taylor, Kayla Vorpahl, Cody Albright, Morgan Albright, Danielle Cornnor, Chuck Albright, Miranda Washington, Alexandria Albright, Timothy Albright, and Donna Albright. 

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 15, 2026 in the Chapel of Maddox Memorial Home with Pastor Terry Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow the service at Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 14, 2026 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Maddox Memorial Home.

Flowers are accepted for the funeral service of Mrs. Albright.
