Mrs. Frances Burrell Hall, age 96, of Hoschton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Manor Lake Assisted Living in Hoschton.
Frances was dedicated to her family and community; she retired as a customer service representative at People's Bank with twenty-five years of service. After moving to Manor Lake Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living in Hoschton, she found joy as an ambassador, where she often greeted residents and guests. She was a faithful member of Bethbara Baptist Church and had also attended Mount Moriah Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles T. Hall, who shared in a life filled with love and devotion; parents, Andrew "Andy" L. Burrell and Mamie Morris Burrell Cannon and stepfather Wallace Cannon; sister, Hazel Bruce and brother, Andy Burrell; and stepsister, Evelyn Pack and stepbrother, Joe Cannon.
Frances is survived by her beloved children: Donna (Larry) Glass of Winder, Gary (Gail) Hall of Braselton, Carol Maddox of Hoschton, and Gail (Randolph) Barksdale of Monroe. Her legacy continues through her ten grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren, along with her stepbrother, Grady Cannon of Covington, all of whom will carry her memory forward.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, November 7, 2025, in the Chapel of Maddox-Carter Memorial Home with Rev. Sammy Everett and Rev. Gary Kennedy officiating. Burial will follow the service at Bethabra Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 7, 2025 from 12:00 PM until the service hour at Maddox-Carter Memorial Home.
Flowers are accepted for the funeral service of Mrs. Hall.
