Mrs. Frances White Mincey

Mrs. Frances White Mincey, age 93, of Winder, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

She was a devoted homemaker throughout her life. Frances will be remembered best as a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Robert Mincey Sr; parents, Winston and Ruby White; sister, Sylvia Sanders; and brothers, Herbert White and Sonny White.

She is survived by her children, Billy Robert (Alisa) Mincey Jr of Pendergrass, Michael Mincey of Winder, and Steven John Mincey of Winder; sister, Hazel Thompson of Bethlehem; seven grandchildren, Cory Mincey, Casey Friend, Christopher Mincey, Ashley Mincey, Hollie Mincey, Amanda Taylor from New Cumberland, PA and Patrick Johnson ; and seven great-grandchildren, Raelynn Johnson, Harper Grace Friend, Scarlett Avery Friend, Blake Mincey, Eli Richards, Benjamin Mincey, and Bryson Mincey.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 9, 2025 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Maddox-Carter Memorial Home. Following the visitation, Mrs. Mincey will be cremated.

Flowers are accepted for the visitation of Mrs. Mincey.

Maddox-Carter Memorial Home, Winder, is entrusted with the arrangements.
