Mrs. M. Diann Bettis Hodges, age 77, of Winder, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at her residence. 

Diann was a 1967 graduate of Girard High School in Girard, Illinois. In her younger years, she enjoyed spending her time bowling. Mrs. Hodges retired from Primerica as a senior meeting planner. 

She will be remembered best as a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. Diann was a devoted homemaker throughout her life while raising her family. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Edmund Bettis and M. Darlene Allen Bettis.

Mrs. Hodges is survived by her husband of 49 years, Jay Edward Hodges of Winder; sons, John Franklin (Jenny) Hodges of Lula and Christopher Allen (Jessica) Hodges of Lawrenceville; sister, Peggy (David) Immel of Long Beach, WA; and one grandson, Trevor Allen Hodges of Winder. 

A private family gathering will be held.
