Mrs. Susan Cronic Woodman

Mrs. Susan Cronic Woodman, age 65, of Winder, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at her residence.

Mrs. Woodman was a native of Winder, Georgia. She retired from the Gwinnett County School System where she made an impact on countless children's lives. Susan was of the Baptist faith. 

Mrs. Woodman was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Woodman; parents, Howard Cronic and Ophis Nes; and sister, Freida Burgett.

Mrs. Woodman is survived by her children; Brent (Jessica) Richardson, Kelly Richardson, Craig (Gena) Woodman, and Bryan Woodman; siblings, Patricia White and Tim Cronic; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 18, 2025 in the Chapel of Maddox-Carter Memorial Home with Mr. Craig Woodman and Mr. Stitch Goodwin officiating. The family will be receiving friends on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the service hour at Maddox-Carter Memorial Home. 

Flowers are accepted. 

The Nam Knights and ROF will serve as honorary pallbearers for the service of Mrs. Woodman.

Maddox-Carter Memorial Home, Winder, is entrusted with the arrangements.
