Paul Anthony Chappell

Mr. Paul Anthony Chappell, age 50, of Winder, Georgia passed away June 17, 2015 at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia. Born in Elba Alabama, he was employed by Kinsey Construction of Marietta as a Commercial Remodeler.
Surviving are Wife, Norma Chappell of Winder, Children, Tammi (Thomas) Mooney of Jefferson, Brandi Chappell and Robbie Chappell both of Winder, Grandchildren, Austin, Bella, Jordan and Quinn, Parents, Paul and Paulette Chappell of Bethlehem, Brother, Keith Chappell of Winder, and Grandmother, Dorothy Bush of Panama City, Florida.
A Memorial Service will be held, Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 11:00 A. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Thompson officiating. The Family will receive friends Tuesday from 10-11:00 A. M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Outdoors Without Limits, 333 Briarwood Trail, Winterville, Georgia 30683.
