Obituary

Rev. Ricky Franklin Tuggle, age 72, of Winder, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 31, 2026, surrounded by his family, at his residence.

Above all, Rev. Tuggle will be remembered as a faithful Christian man who loved the Lord and remained devoted to his faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Randall Tuggle and Gladys Vanderford Tuggle.

Ricky is survived by his devoted wife of 33 years, Jackie Hall Tuggle of Winder; daughter, Kourtni Hope Lackes of Lawrenceville; grandchild, Mallory Hope Lackes of Lawrenceville; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 in the Chapel of Maddox Memorial Home with Rev. Sammy Everett and Rev. Jimmy Masters officiaitng.
